Locating aids information and testing center might be important if you or someone you love might have been infected with the HIV virus. Different tests may be selected for the diagnosis of HIV infection in a particular person. In order to take the test there might be a need to have a high degree of certainty that the patient does have HIV or aids. The testing center should also have information on aids. The information packs may be available whether the person takes an aids test or not. All testing may be confidential with a counselor and may be performed only with consent of the patient.
