If your office is in the market for a coffee service, you can usually shop around until you find just the type of services you want for your employees. Most services will offer you a commercial quality brewer, along with some additional options. Perhaps there are several of your employees that prefer hot tea rather than coffee; in this case, look for a service that provides a hot water system in addition to coffee.
