Most commercial construction companies require large amounts of concrete, which can become a problem if they have not found a reliable concrete distributor. Because construction contractors do not generally have mixers, it is important that the dry concrete they by is already premixed into quality batches, that can then be used in bulk. Wet cement is very difficult to work with, and once it is laid it is almost permanent; so construction crews need to be certain about what additives are in the concrete, and if it will blend well with any pre-existing concrete foundation when performing patching work. The contractors want a smooth surface once the patching is complete. Poor quality mixtures can result in the damage of very costly materials.
