Fashion designers are professionals who design fashions, design clothing and design apparel. Many fashion designers design clothing and fashions for men and women. Some fashion designers specialize in designing very fashionable and high-end clothing and apparel. Other fashion designers mostly design more moderately priced clothing and apparel. Some fashion designers lend their names to clothing lines and many put out their own lines of clothing. Many fashion designers work for clothing brands and clothing manufacturers. Some fashion designers sell their lines at stores that only sell fashions designed by them. Some fashion designers also design accessories like handbags, hats and shoes. Some fashion designers put out their own line of fragrances.
