Hi! I saw your ad posted on message thre ads. My babies on 1/8/03. I have 3females and 2 males. The are akc.Greman and are great with little kids. I m asking $400. I have plenty of rottweiler pups, I am stationed in Wiesbaden, germany and have all papers and can send pictures. I apart of a rottweiler club and can always find pups. My dog Ceasar is a champ and his mom, dad, and grandparerts are rated as the best in all types of obediance, here in germany. Hi I live in Kansas and have 1male and 2 female akc puppies We own both parents they both are german rotts and pups have shots & wormed great with little kids. Will be 6 weeks old on 04-24-03

These boards have been plagued with BYB's, unscrupulous people, and downright goof-balls selling puppies. Before we get into that situation again, please provide your email or website, OFA #'s, sire/dam's full names, titles and other health clearances. Do you subsribe to any certain COE?

There are any number of folks who peruse these pages in an effort to ensure ethical breeding and educate an otherwise unsuspecting public on the breed of Rottweiler. Many folks who 'breed' their dogs fall into a BYB category, without even realizing it.

Lauren- Why do you always have to be so rude, I have noticed that you are in every thread that deals with Rott's and in every one you pick a fight with someone - don't you ever get the feeling it might just be YOU - Give it up - Get your kicks off someone else - because as far as I can tell no one here cares about anything you have to say!!!

Actually, you're wrong. Lauren has helped a lot of people who come on these boards looking for a Rottweiler in all the WRONG places. She's helped to direct them to the proper places to find a quality dog sold from reputable breeders, helped to educate the general population on proper and CORRECT Rottweiler care/breeding/temperament/history, and she does so along with taking care of her own dogs, her family and her job.

See, when one is truly DEDICATED to something they care so much about they go about making sure they do it correctly and consistently, never failing to miss an opportunity to help others who are interested in the same "hobby."

I'll stand right beside her on this board, educating and informing people on Rottweilers so long as idiot BYB's are here advertising their unproven litters.

Go ahead and go off on me too. Just like water on a duck's back to me.....

Lauren is NOT being rude....she is educating the numerous people who may visit this site looking for a puppy. For most of them, it is not their fault that they do not know about back yard breeders or those who breed Rottweilers for the $$$$ only with no thought to health certifications, temperaments, etc.

Lauren should be commended for her dedication to the education of those interested in Rottweilers. It is so important to those of us who have the best interests of the breed at heart to educate as much as we can. You will not find a post in this forum about Rottweilers that does not have advocates of the breed such as us trying to educate and warn those looking for puppies away from back yard breeders.

For those of you looking for a puppy or wanting to learn more about this breed and if it is the right breed for you, please join the forum at www.rottweiler.net You will find many educated people there who will take the time to answer any and all questions you might have about the breed.

Again Lauren, thank you for your continued education and efforts to help save our breed.

Concerened.......it would do you a WORLD of good to join www.rottweiler.net and get educated! Do not try to slap someone in the face about education of this breed until you have educated yourself. It is apparent from your posts that you have not done so yet.

Yes Lauren this is my first litter of pups I thought I was replying to an individual who was looking for a female puppy. I didnt realize their was going to b a big fight. With the way you act and this site. I would not sell to you anyways. My puppies need better homes then what you can provide. They are both AKC registered they are hip certified and are the best temperment any owner could ask for. Ihave raised both Sire and Dam from 6 weeks old. One is 5years the other is 6 years. So keep on fighting and being rude. Because you wont being see me sell my babies to any of you!!!!!!!!MISSY

Six weeks old? Wow, shows how much you REALLY know.

What is the OFA rating on those hips?

Do you realize that "AKC registered" means squat in the ways of quality?

What titles have your dogs achieved?

Any buyers out there who might consider Missy as a good prospect to buy a pup from BEWARE. Reputable breeders don't buy puppies as young as six weeks old. And they are not allergic to intelligent and sound education being spoon fed to them for free.

Don't worry Missy, Lauren wouldn't choose you as a breeder to begin with. Neither would I.

Feel like retorting to my posting, go for it and continue to expose people to your un-educated and UNETHICAL breeding standards. I love to watch people stick their own feet into their mouths.

How sad for these pups :(

If you're a reputable breeder worth your own spit, you would have no problem advertising your litter and then BACKING IT UP with facts that support your reputable breeding practices!

For anyone who might not be getting it so far, missy is not worth her own spit. Her dogs are unproven, untitles, and more than likely UNSOUND. That translates to if you buy a dog from her, you might just be buying yourself a WORLD of heartache because of her unethical practices.

You are not doing anything wrong,so don't fret.Everybody is the rottweiler police when it comes to breeding,and I am sure they have done alot wrong in thier breeding practices,so they have to make everbody elese pay for thier mistakes by making you feel like "CRAP" about what you are doing.

I am sure you have all the health clearances done on your dogs,and you provide a 100% health guranttee on your pups should anything happen in the way of hips,elbows etc,and I am also sure that your pups are beautiful..I can understand you wanting to get an e-mail instead sending messge's back and fourth on here,as it is non of anybody elese's business what you talk about with somebody that is interested in your pups,but it seems like everybody elese tries to make it thier business..

Ok whatever,if you want to get nasty and call everybody names so be it,but remember you look like the idiot in the long run..Geezz I would like to know how you figure I am a BYB breeder,when my dogs have got thier all thier health clearances,OFA,Eyes,Heart etc,so until you know the facts about me,I would advise you to not say anything.I think you are just blowing alot of hot air,and when you blow alot of it the air really starts to stink...

And do you not think I know how much this breed is hated,and how much people make them seem like they are the worst breed in the world?I have had everybody that is anybody tell me that I am crazy to own a rottweiler,and asked them if they have ever owned one,and when they tell me no,I tell them,then shut the up,and until you have owned one you have no room to talk..I will stick up for my breed no matter what it means.Thier alot of people out there that do not do health clearances on thier dogs,but rather get mad at them and tell them how stupid and worng they are,help them and be nice about it,so they know what they are doing wrong and why..I would not listen to somebody like you who thinks they are a big know it all big mouth..Do you kiss your mother with those lips?

We all need to get a grip and help out the people that think they are doing right by breeding dogs without health clearances,instead of making them feel like they are scum for doing it we should lead them in the rigth direction..

I know that,and the most important thing to me is temperment..I will not breed 2 dogs together if thier temperments are not good..That is the whole purpose of breeding is to improve the temperment..Even if I have 2 dogs that have passed all thier health clearances I stil willl not breed them if thier temperment is not good,as I know what the outcome will be..You know what they say,breed for good temperment and everything elese follows...I will never breed a dog with a bad temperment..And besides I am lucky if I breed 1 litter every 4 years,as it is so hard to find good homes for the pups,and that in itself is the most important thing to me,is making sure my pups are happy and safe for the rest of thier life after they leave my house,so if that makes me a bad breeder then something is wrong in the rottweiler world...

And that is why all my dogs have thier herding titles,CGC,TT,BH,CD,CDX,AD,DD,DDX,American/Canadian championships,so needless to say I know my dogs have brains,and are not aggressive.. Have an awesome rottie day!

Any reputable person would have a problem with some of the angles Missy went about breeding and selling her puppies - which is where you jumped in.

If you are doing all the health checks, showing and titling your dogs that's wonderful. Do you have a website where we can see them? What are the names of your dogs? Do you have a kennel name? Kaneeta just isn't a name I'm familiar with in the Rottweiler community.

I for one would like Kaneeta to list her dogs names and registration numbers so her "bragging" can be proven. By having registration numbers, we can also go to the OFA website and verify their health clearances......"proof of the pudding" so to speak.

C'mon, honey.....if what you are saying is the truth, you will be proud to post those names and registration numbers. If not........well, we know what you are.......

I'm having trouble believing that all you people are jumping at a chance to buy one of these puppies without knowing anything about them. Please research this breed before you buy one. You should not buy a dog from someone just because they are cheap. In the long run you end up paying more because poorly bred dogs have many health and temperament problems. Too many people are breeding these dogs to make a quick buck. Don't contribute to this craze. If you can't afford to buy a well-bred dog, then don't get a dog, because you certainly will not be able to afford the vet bills or law suits.

Buying these dogs reinforces irresponsible breeding, and gets you what you paid for (a badly-bred dog with no guarantee, no health history, etc.). These dogs can be very susceptible to genetic problems like dysplasia, heart disease and other maladies. These problems will not become evident until the dog is older, you're attached to it, and therefore obligated to pay thousands of dollars for veterinary treatment. This, by the way, costs a lot more than buying a good dog in the first place.

Or you can try to get your money back from some guy on the other side of the country-good luck.

Save your money while you do your homework, and then buy a well-bred dog from a reputable breeder. If you don't want to do that and still must have a dog, go get one from a local rescue group. Adopting a dog this way gets you a lot more than buying a $200 pup because you ca

Dena, you are not supplying the website, how do you expect anyone to be able to see these pups!

Also, as I requested in one of the other threads where you are blatantely "advertising" these pups for sale, what are the registration numbers of the sire and dam of the litter? Or, at least provide us with their full registered names.

If I have this information, we can do a search on the OFA website to determine if you have indeed done the proper health certifications on the dogs that were bred.

If these health certifications (hips, heart, eyes and elbows) were not done.........BUYER BEWARE! You cannot be sure of what you will receive if you purchase one of these pups. What sounds like a good price now may cost you thousands later on down the road with hip replacements, etc. Or worse yet, an early death due to a heart ailment, etc.
