Railroad travel may be an excellent alternative to driving a car; especially if a commuter may be headed for a large populated city where there are toll fees and parking fees that can spoil the traveling budget. Commuter and passenger railroads may be the only way to travel across any country in the world. Railroads may present a seasonal ticket for commuters who prefer to save money. Commuters may also save the environment by not commuting to work in their car. Passenger railroads may make traveling an exciting activity by seeing part of the country that can only be perceived from a railroad train. Railroads may go through tunnels in mountains and off the usual roads of cars and buses.
