Gas propane wholesalers provide fuel to business and residential customers for a variety of purposes, from portable generator consumption to use in kitchens and elsewhere in the home. Many common electric appliances, such as cooking stoves, ranges and ovens, use propane fuel for energy. Some barbeque grills use propane rather than charcoal, and tools such as lawn mowers do, too. In many parts of the country, propane is the main source of energy (as opposed to oil or natural gas) for heaters and boilers, as well as patio and greenhouse heaters. The logs in many gas-log fireplaces run on propane as well.
