Horrible Customer Service

the details:	This has to be the worst limo service I have ever encountered. For my birthday, my 10-year old daughter decided to try and surprise me. She called this company and ordered a limo at about 9:00 pm. They told her the limo would be at our house at 10:30. As soon as I found out (approx 5 min. later), I called back to cancel. The person who answered told me I could not cancel and hung up on me. This person proceeded to come to my house (NOT IN THE LIMO) demanding $500.00 or he was going to call the police. I told him to go ahead. They accepted an order from a child, and the limo was not even here, not even supposed to be here for another hour. This person stood on my sidewalk and called 911. The police got here and told him to leave, but I would never recommend this company to anyone. This was absolutely ridiculous, and the way he came over to my house after I cancelled, demanding that I pay him $500.00 or he was calling the police was totally inappropriate. My husband uses limo services about once every 2 months but I will never use them.
