Residential ReKey
This service is to change the keys that operate the locks on your home or rental property. We don`t actually "change the locks", but we changing the internal pinning of the lock so that the old keys no longer work and you have a brand new set of keys instead. Texas Property Code requires this to be done between tenants if you are a residential rental property owner.

Same locksmith and rekey services as above, but for your commercial property.

Keyless Deadbolts Installed
Texas Property Code requires all residential rental properties to be equipped with keyless deadbolts on all exterior doors. These are deadbolts that can only be locked and unlocked from inside the home, and are required for tenant security. We can install these for you.
