Premier Transportation Services, Inc. is located in Memphis, TN, and has a long and rich history of providing transportation services for the Memphis Metropolitan area, for over 150 years.

Currently, Premier is comprised of two taxi cab companies, Yellow Cab and Checker Cab, which provide taxi and courier services, and Premier Transportation, which provides bus, limo shuttle, minivan and sedan services.

Whether you need a VIP picked up at the airport, or a bus for a bachelor party, or four vans to accommodate a large group, Premier has the staff, expertise and vehicles to do the job!

School Services

Premier Transportation Services, Inc. is located at the south end of downtown Memphis. Premier is a relatively new company, with a lineage that stretches back almost a century and a half. Patterson Transfer & Storage began business in 1854, shuttling passengers and their baggage between the main train stations in Memphis. Out of this company grew Yellow Cab Company of Memphis. In 1989, we formed a separate corporation, Checker Cab Company of Memphis. These two firms provide taxi services throughout the Memphis metropolitan area.
