Shaunna Russell, Massage Therapist, has extensive education and experience in all aspects of Swedish and deep muscle therapies. As an Official Massage Therapist for the 1984 Olympics, she worked with numerous athletes from around the world in all sports categories.
Shaunna`s work has been prescribed by many medical doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, and athletic trainers throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties. Besides various massage techniques she has studied sports medicine, strength, and neuromuscular conditioning. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
