    Rip Off Company
    the good: They have NO GOOD points
    the bad: All Bad, Lie, Steal
    the details: Took 4 months to "fix" my computer. They lie every time you call them. "it's almost done", "it's being tested" "it will be shipped tomorrow". All Lies. I sent my computer in Feb for a $79 keyboard replacement. End of Jun it came back with a new key board with a stuck key, no sound and a swapped out Motherboard and a charge of $448. They took my motherboard and replaced it with an older, much slower one! I filed with the BBB of FL, they reply that the company has not replied to their inquires. They now call them selfs elaptoprepair. I was lucky to get back a computer, many others have not. Do not use this company!!!!!

    A NIGHTMARE!!!!

    the bad: Horrible customer service; will take your money & never ship
    the details: We sent them 2 laptops for repair in early January 2007. Our credit card was charged for over $1,000 on 1/16/07. We STILL have not recieved our laptops 5 months later!! They don't answer the phone, and when they do, they LIE. We reported them to the BBB, but nothing yet. I suppose we will have to get a lawyer because of THEFT. We don't know what else to do .

    Ripped me off. BEWARE!!
    the good: They sent shipping box to send laptop to them within 1 day
    the bad: Never got my laptop back
    the details: I sent my laptop in for repair back in February and have never heard from these guys again. I should have checked the Better Business Bureau website first. I am getting a lawyer on this one. That laptop cost me almost $4k.

    These guys are frauds!
    the good: Nothing good. Seriously.
    the bad: My laptop has disappeared
    the details: Sent laptop for repair in Oct. 2006. Paid $350 for motherboard, $200 for HD, and purchased 1 year ext warranty for $100. Took 3 months for repair. Never returned messages of any type. Same laptop failed in April 2007 (3 months after receiving finally receiving it). It is now almost July 2007. They have not returned any of my requests for status. Phone calls are useless. They hire someone to answer the phones who gives "canned responses."

    Poor Service and Poor Results

    the bad: Service,Communication
    the details: I have used this service twice the first time went semi ok. Took forever for them to receive the new screen, then once they had the new screen it took another 2 1/2 weeks to make the repair for a toatal of 6 weeks. I had to call them several times to find out what the situation with it was. got sick of being nice and when I was negative with them, they suddenly had it fixed! My iPAQ got broken again so I sent it back in (my own fault it got broken) and payed on the 24 of January, They said the repair would take 22 days. They didn't get the part until the 26th of February. 23 business days after they were payed! They told me I was to receive my iPAQ on the 2nd of March and that they were very sorry for the delay. I still have not received my iPAQ and it is the 6th of March, That is 29 business days after they were payed! I called them today and they told me to expect it Monday of next week. Because they are having problems fixing it! They have never returned one e-mail! or a phone call, I will never do business with them ever ever again!

    Company Sucks Big Time
    the good: No good points
    the bad: Horrible Customer Service, no callbacks, did not return motherboard
    the details: I have spent almost 2 months trying to get my motherboard returned. Finally recieved a motherboard today after at least 10 promises of calling me back to its whereabouts. It is the wrong motherboard! I even paid for shipping! THis is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I work in the IT field. Do not use this company! You may not get your computer back. Other comments from other readers mention the same issues.
