Jesse is a California native who graduated with honors from the renowned Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles. While earning his degree he worked for a prominent Los Angeles designer. This is where he acquired the fundamentals of design, by doing CADD drawings, renderings, and scouting for furniture, fabrics and materials. As the Assistant Interior Designer in the firm, he gained knowledge and experience by assisting with many projects including the Assistance League Design House of Los Angeles, and the Pasadena Showcase Homes of Design.

The experience Jesse gained from being an Assistant Interior Designer, combined with his business expertise gave him the confidence to launch his own company, Jesse Turek Interior Design.

Jesse is a member of American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and holds a degree in Interior Design.

His Aesthetic...
Jesse approaches each project as a collaboration between himself, his client, and artisans that he has discovered over time. He strives to create a sense of flow and balance between each piece of furniture and accessory within a room by utilizing texture, color, and form. His respect for, and study of, classical designs enables Jesse to bring these elements into an interior space whether it be contemporary, modern, or traditional.
