    Roof repair and gutters!!!

    the details: Mikhail is the person who came to fix our problem. I've got his # from my friend, my friend hired Imperial Building & Roofing Co last year. So I called him last week, to come over and look at our problem.We just bought a house and start having a leak at couple spots. Mikhail came here ,climb up to the roof,and inspect our attic at the same time. He found few places that can be repaired, he gave us a price to fix that problem, he also mention that we have origional roof, because house was build in 1986, and it's time to replace our roof. He gave us a proposal for complete roof and also complete gutters instalation . We had no gutters at all & had a basement damage. After he left we've had 2 more estimates from different companies. Imperial Building & Roofing Co was not the lowest price, but references Mikhail provided was A+ and also our friend experience, no doubt. We desided to hire Imperial Building & Roofing Co for complete roof replacement & new seamless gutters & downspouts.They've started the roof & finished it the same day and came back for gutters next day. We choose GAF/ELK weatheredwood 30 yr w/ 10yr unprorated manufactured warranty , Mikhail also offered lifetime shingle w/ 50 yr. unprorated manufactured warranty ,but we deside we''ll not be in this house for that long. They left our yard cleaner then they found it. We are really glad that we hired them. We will recomend them to our relatives,friends,neighbors,co-workers,anyone who needs the roofing repair or replacement, gutters & downspouts. We already received few compliments about our roof from neighbors, that it's only took a day,while neighbors roof replacement was 3-4 days,same kind of house. Mikhail thank you and your crew so much.     Remodeling!!!
    the good: Time to competion.

    the details: We hired Imperial Building & Roofing Co. last year.We had many ideas , Mikhail - owner helped us with design, decision, and offered many different choices. They add about 1,250 sq ft. living space to our house. They did everything from ground to finish.Few thing would like to say about our remodeling project, is Slate roof by Enspire, Polyurethane insulation in walls & ceiling,James Hardi plank siding & trim. We had a really good experience with this company. Thank You so much Mikhail.
