The Doctor suffered severely from migraine headaches. Upon his return from military service he tried to find conventional treatment which failed, so he sought the care of a local chiropractor . After his first treatment he felt relief and at that moment he changed his life and sought an existence of helping others.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Davenport, Iowa, from Palmer College, Dr. Alderete enrolled at Palmer Chiropractic College. "Dr. Paul" graduated with honors in 1975.

For the past 30 years he has been in private practice, helping every day people with every day problems
