The sales representatives may work with business owners who might want to advertise with the particular station. A business owner may get a better deal if owner signed a yearly contract which might lock the prices of the TV spot. A spot may be to some stations offer a 30 second commercial or even a 60 second commercial in which the business can promote its product or services.
