But most German restaurants tend to cost between $7 and $18 per entree. On most German restaurants' menus you will find: weisswurst, veal sausage; bauernwurst, smoked pork sausage; bratwurst, roasted pork sausage; various kinds of schnitzel, fried pork; wiener schnitzel, fried veal; sauerbraten, a beef roast; and kartoffelpuffer, fried potato pancakes. Of course, there are also many other items on most German restaurants' menus. German delis normally sell a wide selection of German meats, cheeses and sausages. German bakeries sell German breads and German sweets.
