Lawyer and attorney referral services specialize in listing an area's lawyers and attorneys and providing information about those lawyers including what their specialties are, where they went to law school; how many years they have been practicing law; and, sometimes, how much they charge. Some legal referral services specialize in listing criminal defense attorneys and in detailing criminal defense attorneys. Some specialize in listing divorce lawyers. Some attorney referral services are on-line while others have telephone numbers customers can call and still others put out attorney directories.
