Once you have identified the ballroom that works best for your event, you will need to sign a contract to rent the facility. Be sure to get all fees in writing. If you are working with a caterer, or a band or orchestra, you may want to have them visit the ballroom to ensure that they feel it would be appropriate for their needs. You will also want to confirm the cleanup arrangements – will the ballroom facility be handling cleanup after your event, or will you need to provide cleanup?
