Dancing instructions or classes help people learn how to dance. Some of the most popular dances, including salsa, swing, and ballroom, have become so widespread that many city recreation departments are offering dance classes in these areas. It can be very fun to attend these classes as a couple; but it is also tempting to join them as a single participant and enjoy dancing with all types of partners.
