Educational service businesses are organizations that offer specialized education services in select subjects and areas, usually for adults or children that need additional education and tutoring outside of school. Many educational service businesses are frequented by immigrants and other individuals who need help with grammar, phonics and writing. Many educational service businesses offer English as a second language (ESL) courses as well. If an adult is preparing for their GED, they may also enlist the services of an educational service business too. Many educational service businesses have classes set up to teach large numbers of people, but some may also offer one-on-one counseling and tutoring services.
