This will allow you to plan meals with variety. If you provide packed meals, then they will also need access to a supplier with those items. Find out if they have plants that manufacture beverages and dairy products too. Ask the consultants to meet with you to discuss the layout of your restaurant. You will want to be able to pack a lot of items in storage, but you also need enough room to operate a kitchen and dining room safely. Get written price quotes from them so that you can compare their prices easily.
