Mental health centers will help children and adults for a variety of reasons. If there is not room in one facility they may be able to help you find somewhere else you can go to get what you need. Wherever you should go it should be clean and well organized. Search for customer satisfaction reviews on a certain facility to see if people that have been there in the past have had a successful recovery.
