You should also ask if they have any professional affiliations with venues, music clubs, and other booking agents. If you are hiring a musical group for you function, then you should ask to hear an audio or video recording of the group. Some talent companies will put audio and video online so that it is easy for clients to browse the different talents that they have. Ask the companies if they have party organizers who can help you plan the function. You should also ask if you need to rent the sound and production equipment for the group or if they provide their own. Many band formers will have access to this entertainment equipment, but you should always be certain or your parties could lose the group at the last minute.
