Find out if the doctors perform regular screenings for uterine cancer and sexually transmitted diseases. You will also need to find out what age groups the doctors work with. Ask them if they provide pediatric and adolescent health services, especially if a young woman has gotten her first period and needs to learn about the menstrual cycle from a trained professional. While you need to find a doctor with the services that will keep you healthy, you should also consider the costs. Ask them if they accept your insurance so that you can reduce the cost of visits and procedures.
