There are times when the parking area needs a complete overhaul. This might mean some of asphalt needs removal. After the removal, the area needs to be leveled and resurfaced or repaved. After repaved, the asphalt needs leveling and evened out. Time to fix to the surface and then markings might be place in the appropriate areas per the city or county codes. Most reasons pavement deteriorates might be fatigue. The damage done to pavement might increase based on axle loads of the vehicles traveling on it. When pavements for parking areas become cracked and broken, it might be time to call on a company to come out and inspect the parking area for maintenance and marking. Maintenance might entail digging out the cracks and repaving those areas only, and then marking the appropriate lines and colors for the area.
