Skateboarders go to skate shops and to skateboarding shops when they want to buy skateboarding supplies and skateboarding equipment. Most skate shops sell skateboarding helmets, skateboards, skateboard decks, skateboard trucks, skateboard wheels, and skateboard bearings. Most skate shops also sell skating shoes, skateboarding shoes, skateboarding clothing and skateboarding apparel. There are skate shops that specialize in selling a particular brand of skateboards and skateboard apparel. But most skate shops sell all many brands of skateboards, many brands of skateboard equipment and many brands of skateboarding apparel. Some skate shops also sell snowboarding gear and apparel while others also sell gear and equipment for other extreme sports.
