How to Choose Theatres Cinema

Are they a big multiplex or megaplex with auditorium seating for large audiences, or a small operation with a few screens and small seating? You should also find out what kinds of screens, projectors, and sound systems they use so that you will have a good experience. Ask them if they have reclining, leather seats for your comfort. Ask them how many trailers they show. Some people like them, but some don’t want to sit through them.

Even with the proliferation of home video and other ways to view movies, many people still choose to go to a movie theatre to view films because of the unique experience it offers. Movie theatres, or cinemas, will often contain comfortable, stadium style seating, large, air-conditioned theatres, and a variety of refreshment to enhance the movie-going experience. First run movie theatres are usually the only way to see a film during its initial release and usually offer a variety of mainstream films from major motion picture companies. After their initial release, most movies will then be shown at second-run theatres at a discount price.
