Auto Body Repairing Painting

If your car or vehicle needs to have a restoration job done on it, then you will need to take it to an auto body shop. There, they can repair cosmetic damage done to your car and provide custom paint jobs as well.

  • Bumper - Bumpers are located on the front and rear parts of a vehicle. Ideally, they are the first part of a car to strike or be struck in an accident. After such, they are likely to be scratched or destroyed. Depending on the damage, they can be easily salvaged and refinished.
  • Dent - Usually caused by a collision, a dent can be extensive damage to the vehicle, including tears in the frame.
  • Ding - A minor dent in a car usually caused by a car door hitting your car or a low speed collision. Both a ding and a dent can result in scratches which would require a touch up on the color of the car’s paint.
  • Weld - If the body has a tear in it, it can be sealed using an extremely focused heating tool.
  • Refinish - If a car is damaged extensively or just completely totaled, then it can be restored. This usually involves replacing the glass and some parts as well. Take your totaled car to an auto repair shop and they might be able to restore it.
  • Totaled - A car being totaled is a direct result of a high speed collision or some other extreme collision. A car that is totaled may not always be able to be salvaged, but sometimes it can be. It may end up being too expensive, though, so don’t go into a repair center with high hopes if the damage is too extensive.
