  • Barbecue sauce – BBQ sauce generally has a catsup or chili base and delivers a medley of sweet, tangy, and/or spicy flavors. Hickory smoked, brown sugar, whiskey-infused and honey garlic are among the myriad flavors of barbecue sauces.
  • Beef brisket – Meat cut from the chest of the cow is called brisket, and it commonly comes in pieces as large as 10 pounds.
  • Fish fry barbecue – A fish fry BBQ menu generally includes battered fried fish, fries, hushpuppies, crab cakes, shrimp and grits, and cole slaw.
