  • Meter - A device used to measure how much natural gas a building uses. Unless you have a budget bill, the amount shown on the meter determines what you pay.
  • Pilot Light - A natural gas flame that burns inside of a furnace, water heater, or other appliance that ignites the burner inside of the unit.
