Ask the teachers if they have yoga and tai chi classes that involve the body and can be treatment for stress and some medical conditions. If you prefer sitting meditation, ask the teachers if they have techniques that can help you bring stillness to your mind and help you focus your attention better. While it is important for you to get the lessons that you need, you should also consider price. Ask the teachers how much they charge for their sessions and if they have discounts monthly member rates that can help you save some money.
