Most health experts agree that a good night's sleep is one of the key components to long term health. Proper sleep habits can help reduce stress, anxiety and other medical and emotional problems.   • Narcolepsy - A sleep disorder that is centered on frequent, and uncontrollable, bouts of daytime sleep. This falls far beyond the normal late afternoon slump and may include temporary paralysis.
  • Night Terrors - Usually common amongst children, these nightmares are characterized by screaming and a period of half sleep and half awake, that can be very terrifying for the person experiencing them.
