  • MSG – MSG is a common abbreviation for monosodium glutamate is a food additive sometimes used in Thai dishes. It is also available as a condiment in some Thai restaurants. MSG has a savory flavor and is considered a taste enhancer.
  • Fish Sauce – Fish sauces are used in many Thai dishes. They are typically prepared with fermented fish and spices, and they often have a salty taste.
