| Hi. I placed an order wth HQ bags as well. They sent me a reply on August 20th and said my shipment would be at my house in 2 weeks. It hs yet to come, I dont know wht to do because I paid them $275 for my things. I'm so mad!!! |

| Hi its me again I posted the very first question and since then I plagued Ray with emails for my money back and unexpectedly got it all refunded,Guess it was my lucky day,although he did try to pursuade me to wait for the bags.Good luck!!! :-) |

| I'd paid over $600 for two bags. It's been three weeks and I haven't received my bags. Too bad I didn't do a web search on HQ's reputation first. "Jen" from HQ Bags was very rude in replying to my order inquiries. I better get my refund check back by this Friday or I will ask two of my cousins-in-law who are in the LA law enforcement to track Ray Castillo or whoever down. There are many avenues one can pursue if one means to put an end to this fraud. Victims unite! |

| I have been thrilled with the service I received at HQ Bags, after ordering my Murakami Alma I did a search and found all the awful messages about them, I e-mailed them right away with my concerns they responded immediately, I received my bag up in Canada within two weeks, the quality is amazing I will definitely purchase from them again. My hunch is that some of the competition like to bad mouth these guys because the offer such amazing merchandise at really good prices. All I can say is that my experience with them has been totally positive, I plan to purchase again really soon, I will definitely let you know how that purchase goes! |

| Hi guys, I ordered one a couple of months ago and I came across this website and thought that I never get my money back. But I kept hassling them and reported this case to BBB Online, FTC and IFCC (look up in google if you don't know what they are) and I got my money back now. I encourage you guys that still waiting out there do the same, hassle them and threaten them and eventually you'll get your money back. |

| Hi guys, email them at hq_bags@yahoo.com. If you go to www.bbbonline.com and file/report a claim on HQ Bags, they will already have all the list of their address and contact number, so you can copy all these information for future file/report claim with IFCC and FTC. I encourage you guys to make all these claims with the above authorities and tell HQ Bags about this (that you have been making a claim, give them the proof, claim number or something, and tell them if you're not getting your money back then you will not drop the claim). | After 3 months of sending e-mail after e-mail to HQ Bags, I finally got my refund back(and it wasn't even the correct amount). I DO NOT recomend doing business with them. |

| It appears that they are no longer in business, funny I had just communicated wih them via e-mail last week (I was planning on ordering another bag) they said nothing to me about shutting down their site. I have since ordered my bag from a site called Lush Bags I ordered on friday, they gave me a fedex tracking number the next day and I should be receiving the bag sometime today, I will let you know what the quality is like when I receive it, if the bag is anything like their customer service I will definitely be ordering from them again, one site to avoid completely on the other hand is the Bag Babe, I ordered a bag from her in October and still haven't received it! |

| Well, I just received the bag from lush bags, but I am quite disappointed with the quality, I would stay away from them if I were you! Anyone have any reliable high quality suppliers they order from? |

| I have also purchased a bag from lush bags and the quality was poor. I finally got a replacement after waiting sooooo long, and once again the bag was of poor quality. I even tried to contact the company via telephone but that was a waste of time. I am telling everyone and I would like for you to pass on the message DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LUSHBAGS!!!!!!!!!!!! |

A word for everyone, Please please please only order from a vendor you can only trust, if they are genuine enough, ask them about COD (Cash On Delivery), they have it all around the world, even in Australia. You don't pay until you receive the item. That's the only way you know you won't be tricked. |

No I am not another scam. I am a stay at home mom who enjoys selling these bags in my spare time. I have plenty of satisfied customers who can back me up on this as I have NEVER had a complaint.

Just because someone has a web page or is considered a vendor does NOT make it a good deal. I could easily set up a web site but like to keep my overhead down so that i can offer better deals to my customers. With a good product it sells itself and doesn't need a flashy web page.

I have purchased from Jenn/MaddieandIsaak at ioffer.
The bag was perfect! It was identical to my real one. She was really good about answering about 15 emails from me with questions since it was one of the first times I had ever shopped online. I would definetely recommend her! |

| Help! I ordered a bag from Lush Bags on Wednesday and have not heard from them. Their website was down and now I just found it under a different url. I just emailed the sales and shipping department. What do I do if I don't hear from them.. Do I call the police? |

| My suggestion is firstly check if their business name is under BBB Online, they would have details in there if someone else has made a claim about their business previously. Once you finds out, email LushBags and make a deadline, whether you decided to wait until certain period of time or whether you want a full refund. Tell them if your request is not met by that date, you will report this to BBB Online and contact the police. See what they say. Good luck! |

I did too ordered on December, and have received a refund sometime early January. But that is not without dozens of bombarding emails, threats and multiple complaint and reports to BBB Online(www.bbbonline.com), IFCC (http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp), ICCC(http://www.ic3.gov/). I urge you guys out there that are still endlessly waiting for a refund or bags, please make complaints to these authorities, and let HQ Bags know that you have file a complaint already, and tell them you will not drop it unless you get a refund, give them deadline.
And remember I'm from Australia and I still do receive a refund, despite the limited resources I could get from down here. You guys in US should be able to do more (report to the local police, if you claim in BBB Online, they already have the details of HQ Bags, address etc, so you can track them down, give the address to police or something). Anyway...that's all I could say, don't waste your time nor money anymore, you gotta BRING THEM DOWN! |

| I am also waiting for a refund from HQ Bags for a bag I bought back in November. The site isn't even up anymore and I don't know how to contact them by email so I've sent letters to their mailing address. I made a complaint to the BBB online and they are seeing what they can do for me. In the meantime, I've sent HQ Bags another letter with a deadline for refunding my money or I would be notifying the FBI. The deadline was February 5th and still I haven't heard from them. My next step is to notify the FBI Online fraud unit. I have since purchased a real LV because I just don't trust any of these sites. Everytime I look at one of them that claims to have realistic replicas, they show the same pictures as you would find on E Luxury. I want to see pictures of the actual bags they carry. When they do show actual pictures I can tell they are not exact replicas and many of them look like the leather is plastic. I've ordered from a few of these in the past and been disappointed everytime. If anyone knows of an actual LV replica site that has quality replicas and good customer service I'd love to know who they are. I'm really tired of getting screwed. |

| I know this is out of the subject abit, but if you guys really want high quality replicas, save up your money and make a trip to Korea and Thailand. My grandmother went to Thailand and she bought massive amount of replica bags (mainly LV, but also Gucci and Prada) at a very low prices. I'm talking about AU$50 - AU$100 here (so that's around US$30-80) and they are beautiful bags, looks exactly the same except for some little bits of details. People said the bags over in Korea are much better quality, but anyway...I prefer Thailand as you could enjoy your time over there too. The airfare is probably the biggest expense you have to pay, but the living expense there are just soo cheap, you'd be staying at a 5 start hotel and you probably pay $20 or something. Anyway, just a little thought...me and my bf are saving atm for that. |

| If one reads so many negatives about a vendor one should steer away. I wished I had the opportunity to read all the feedbacks before ordering my bag way back. After numerous emails to HQ Bags and reporting it to BBB I finally got my bag. Didn't like it and gave it to my mother-in-law instead. I own authentic designer bags and have a keen eye for fakes. The product received was not an exact duplicate if you seek mirror-image fakes. No need for this kind of unnecessary trouble. Get used designer bag if you want to save money. |
