| BUYER BEWARE..... Make sure you know what..and who you are dealing with, finding a "breeder" on a message board such as this one could be a bad idea..if you want true information on rottweilers and reputable breeders, try joining a rottie group such as rottweiler.net, etc..thank you |

I'm having trouble believing that all you people are jumping at a chance to buy one of these puppies without knowing anything about them. Please research this breed before you buy one. You should not buy a dog from someone just because they are cheap. In the long run you end up paying more because poorly bred dogs have many health and temperament problems. Too many people are breeding these dogs to make a quick buck. Don't contribute to this craze. If you can't afford to buy a well-bred dog, then don't get a dog, because you certainly will not be able to afford the vet bills or law suits.
Buying these dogs reinforces irresponsible breeding, and gets you what you paid for (a badly-bred dog with no guarantee, no health history, etc.). These dogs can be very susceptible to genetic problems like dysplasia, heart disease and other maladies. These problems will not become evident until the dog is older, you're attached to it, and therefore obligated to pay thousands of dollars for veterinary treatment. This, by the way, costs a lot more than buying a good dog in the first place.
Or you can try to get your money back from some guy on the other side of the country-good luck.
Save your money while you do your homework, and then buy a well-bred dog from a reputable breeder. If you don't want to do that and still must have a dog, go get one from a local rescue group. Adopting a dog this way gets you a lot more than buying a $200 pup because you ca |

| I am interested in purchasing/adopting a male Rottweiler puppy; we used to have six Rotties and now we only have the youngest left...a 7 1/2 year old female, spayed. We also have a Great Pyrennees female and a German shepherd plus three cats. We have 50 acres of wooded land for nice walks. |

Michael, you need to be quiet! Unless you are a BYB, then I know you are in it for the money only.
I am reprinting the above message and adding my .02 to it. This board is the LAST place that anyone should come to buy a rottie puppy. 99.99% of the people advertising on here are back yard breeders with no thought to contracts, guarantees, spay or neuter requirements or health and temperament issues.

To the person who said be Quiet to me you need to be quiet and you know what back yard breeding isn't illegal so stop complaining. If breeders cared so much about rottweilers then they should do something about the backyard breeding if not then you need to just zip your keyboard.

AKC Rottweiler pups for sale. Dam on site. Sire is beautiful and has great manners. There are 5 females and 4 males.
They are 6 weeks old, and will be ready to go in about two more weeks. We life in Texas. They are at this point looking very well confirmed. The dam has been shown, but is not being shown at this time. |

Unfortunately, I am in Trinidad West indes, and the pups are at my home in Texas, so I don't have the pedigree with me. The bitch is imported from Trinidad, and her ancesters are both champions in Trinidad. We still have all 9 pups
