My Black German Shepherd Is Always Itching
| My black shepherd is always scratching himself or he is always coming over to me to itch his back. It gets so bad that he will start losing hair. I have tried different shampoos and conditioners, but that does'nt make a differents. I had him to the vet he said it might be loopes.I tried some different meds and that did not make a difference. He started scratching in the early spring and then it quit durning the summmer, now it is fall and it is starting all over again. I changed his food and still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do to help him through this period. |

| I am having the same problem, my dog's hair is falling out and she itches all the time. The thyroid is fine and cortizone stopped the itch. Next we will switch her dog food as we believe she has developed an allergy to it. Did you find a solution to your problem, what do you feed your dog now?? Thanks, johanne |
