Having Problem With Garage Door Opener

I ordered a new frequency board, with both frequency. And installed it per instructions. The door raises about two feet then stops. But when I push the button.again,and again to get the door to open futher. It only travels another two feet then stops again. So I put the old frequence board back in and the door works like it is supposed too. My remote is supposed to operate two seperate doors. Please help..........
