When It Comes To Making Important Decisions
You Absolutely Have To Have COMPLETE, Up-To-Date Information
Unfortunately, if you’re shopping for a house like "the average home buyer" (by calling on classified ads, visiting open houses, driving through neighborhoods calling on signs and doing research on the Internet), there’s a good chance you're going to miss out on the perfect home simply because,
1) many of the homes for sale won’t have "For Sale" signs,
2) those that do, are often sold by the time you notice the sign
3) brokers don’t hold open houses at every house,
4) every home is not advertised every week
5) many of the listings featured on realty websites aren't current and
6) websites and classified ads don't include the addresses for the properties
Essentially, you're trying research what could be, "the single largest investment of your lifetime",
With incomplete, inaccurate, outdated information.
Here's What I Do To Help You To "Beat The Other Buyers"
Every Friday morning, as I prepare for the weekend, I compile a special report from the Westchester Putnam Multiple Listing Service (WPMLS) containing ALL the homes for sale in the area by ALL the real estate companies. I am looking for a buyer broker that would help purchase a two bedroom co-op in the white plains area. Looking in the 220 range. Need to find this place in the next two months. Only people ready to show me places every week need apply
