Maytag Refrigerator Model MTB2456GEW

Has anyone had this problem with a Maytag refrigertor. I have water collecting in the freezer compartment. This water collects under the door magnet enough to drip onto my floor when the door is opened. The screws under the magnet is now rusting and Maytag has made four attempts to repair this door. Twice replacing the magnet and twice replacing the door. There are only two members in my household so the door is not opened often.
