If you enjoy paying $30 service fee to stand in the cold for over an hour and receiving no service at all, then call Fidelity Locksmith.

My key slipped out of my pocket and I ended up locking myself outside of my car at 6:30pm. Called Fidelity and the guy said the service fee would be $29 plus the cost of opening the lock. So I said okay, and the guy told me to expect the locksmith in 20min to 30min. Waited for more than 30min, and nobody showed up, so I called to make sure the locksmith got the right address. Locksmith said he was stuck in traffic and he would arrive in another 10min to 20min. Okay... I have Google Map on my phone so I checked the traffic, and lo and behold,
there was NO traffic around my area. I waited for ANOTHER 40min, and called Fidelity again and said just forget about it. And what do you know? The minute I called to cancel, the locksmith showed up! And then he tried to charge me $100 to open the lock.

Good thing my brother is able to bring me the spare key. My brother who works 30 miles away was apparently able to deliver the key in half the time it took Fidelity to get here. The locksmith was not happy that I avoided the $70 (Dude, if you showed up 40min earlier I might actually thought about it, but since I already waited more than 1 hour I might as well wait for my brother) Still managed to grab a $30 "service fee" from me, because at that point I just want to see him gone.
