| the bad: | Very Rude - They Lost My Car Mat and said I was Lying about the mat. |
| the details: | I've had my car detailed there four times and they've done a good job. But this last time I went there, they lost my car mat and gave me an old car mat from another car. When I informed Art (one of the owner's sons), he was extremely rude. Art said that he looked at the surveillance camera video and he could see the mat was for my Mazda. I don't even own a Mazda! Then he said, "Whatever, it is on the video." When I went in to speak with someone who could help me a couple of days later, the receptionist was equally as rude and said, "You got your mat but you didn't want to take it." I then spoke with Vic (the good son) and he was very nice and professional. He said he couldn't see the mat in the video anyway, and he told me he would look for my mat and call me.
The original owner, Victor, is a very nice person and very professional, But it looks like his sons run the place now. Vic should be the only son running the place. |
