| the details: | Some flags went off prior to using the service b/c there was never a written contract and no confirmation of the limo arrival--everything was verbal. The limo did come at the expected arrival date and time and things went well. Excellent Chauffer! Well about a week later my card was overcharged TWICE the agreed upon amount and I just knew this error would be fixed with no problem. It was 2 good 2 b true....this company not only overbilled me but wrote through a receipt that was signed by me on the day of service and changed the amount in pen. I called to try to speak with the owner, Mike and he tells me I have the wrong number. They began to dodge my calls until I had to report fraudulent charges to my bank, write the BBB, and write the Dept of Justice. Only then, which I might add was 4 months later, did I finalize the return of my money. And that is still not in writing as of yet, but according to the new manager, because they 'said' the old manager (who is the owner's brother or son) was fired. It was just a lot of unethical practices, borderline illegal practices I experienced first hand with this company. DO NOT USE...it was really too good to be true!! |
