| the details: | I just spent 45 minutes arguing with the BigO people in Flagstaff on Walgreen Street. I brough in my truck tires to be rotated and balance. At that time the only thing pointed out to me was cracking on the walls due to age. The truck is an F150 2004; the current tires were purchased in Dec of 2004. The truck has 107,800 miles on it. At the time of servicing, the condition of the tires was not enough of an issue for the BigO staff to point out any issues other than cracks due to aging. Something happened to the ailment on my truck when I brought it in! In the last two months my front left tire is worn down to the threads only where the balancing weights are located. That is to say that if you draw a line from the axle out towards the weights and continue out to the tread where the damage is located. This is an amazing amount of wear and tear that does not exist on any other tire... The issues with my truck BEGAN with the servicing at Big O Tires. I approached the store and they will not replace my tires. I will post my experience in every online-review opportunity! |
