| the details: | He answers the phone handles money , checks, credit cards, etc. my tooth he fixed is now infected, I'm taking a anti-biotic, and I am spending an additional $1,000 of his lack of skills, and Ihave used .5 days of PTO to fix without no end in sight |

| the bad: | Dirty office; |
| the details: | doctor answered phone in middle of procedure, with gloves on, never changed gloves when back to patient; blood on floor, instruments dirty. I left after x-ray when I realized nothing had covers on them, floor had not been cleaned in a while, instruments were dirty, x-ray equipment put in mouth had no clean cover on it. |
