| Attentive, caring doctor, she knows skin! |
| the good: | Attentive and sincere |
| the bad: | |
| the details: | Dr Warren has always been kind, non-judgmental, and accurate. She saved my life by diagnosing a melanoma which had evidently been missed by my previous doctor. Her surgical skills were excellent considering the size of my skin cancer. I have recommended her to friends and family members because of her excellent diagnostic skills. Because I am in nursing I can appreciate how hard it is for those not in the business to see how hard it is to help a person who is doctor shopping or roaming the internet and coming up with their own diagnosis (the doctor I work with gets very frustrated with that). As far as I am concerned, I appreciate everything Dr Warren has advised me on, after all she is the one that went to medical school. |

| Dr. Warren is the worst |
| the good: | the practice is good but her service is the pits |
| the bad: | Dr. Warren is unprofessional, immature, and arrogant |
| the details: | To summarize- Dr. Warren displayed gross immaturity and unprofessionalism. She spoke to me in a disrespectful manner because as she said, " I questioned her". This was in response to my misgivings about a diagnosis she provided that 2 other physicians disagreed with. When I tried to ask for more information on her reasoning for the diagnosis she made a sarcastic statement, "Umm let me think 15 years of practice- I think I know what I'm talking about"; reluctantly asked the nurses to do a culture to shut me up; mumbled something under her breathe then stormed out of the room. As shocked as I was over her response I gave her an opportunity to explain her actions and hopefully apologize for her inappropriate behavior. Instead she went on to tell me that I had no right to tell her what other doctors have told me and that she was the "professional". She then stormed out of the room again. In all my years of seeing physicians (at least 20) I have NEVER experienced anything like this. Her behavior is appalling and she not be accepted by anyone. Although the practice itself my not be bad this one bad apple has ruined it for me. |
