| the details: | Cab never showed despite confirming the booking the day before. I had an early AM flight I nearly missed. Worse yet, the phone # to the cab company remained busy...I never heard ANYTHING... |

| the details: | I had a destination point that was not far away from where I was but was unsafe to travel to on my own. Other taxi services refused to take me and were unfriendly. I called the Pettus number and the call got disconnected (because of my cell phone acting up) but Greg at Pettus called me back in a second, kept me updated on when he would be around to pick me up, and came quickly. He was friendly, the car was nice and clean and the cost of the trip was less than $4. Most importantly, perhaps because of the friendliness and promptness, I felt much more safe riding in the Pettus cab than I've felt riding in other taxi cars. |

| the details: | I called Pettus based on the reviews here and Gregory was our driver. He was very friendly and his estimates for the time and cost were accurate. By far, the most pleasant taxi ride I've ever had. |
