| the details: | If you've ever been to one of those fancy, upscale hair salons in Los Angeles... then you might know what to expect in terms of quality hair salon services. Pacific Hair Design DELIVERS! Hands down the best hair salon in Los Angeles... great prices, professional hair stylists, amazing hair color capabilities all with a very comfortable, mom & pop style feel. This has got to be one of the best places in L.A. to get hair color and/or highlights for you hair. They are located not far from Six Flags Magic Mountain in the Santa Clarita Valley, yet I classify them as one of the Best Hair Salons on the West Coast. I highly recommend this top rated hair salon in Los Angeles. |

| the details: | I went to Pacific Hair Salon back in the early 1990's for my get my hair done for my High School Prom. I have been going back ever since. I have gone to other hair salons, even very upscale hair salons & to this day I have yet to find a place that can compare. The hairdressers at Pacific Hair Design REALLY KNOW HAIR. For the best hair color in L.A. get it done right. I'm a former swimsuit model... my job was to look the best: this is why I only trust Pacific Hair Design to do my hair... period. |

| the details: | I have done some modeling jobs for several fitness publications a few years back, & i have always taken good care of my hair as well as my health. I used to get my hair done in Pasadena called Long Hair Rocks, where 60% of all the 80's rockers got their manes done, they were the best...until i found Pacific Hair Design in Saugus. Being very picky who does my hair, i took a chance with the beautiful AMY, & after she was done, i knew i STRUCK GOLD. Amy is very professional, expert in her craft, made everything look so easy & highly recommend her. Looking at the other stylists while in my chair, Gigi, Diane, Noel, all gave the same awesome quality service and expertise. Cons?... a foot massage & champagne would be nice while waiting for color to set! |

I would go right back in and speak to the Rep that did your hair! Who was it? Amy, Dianne & Gigi are some of the best, I have personally used them all. I've stuck with Amy myself, but every time I have been in there, each girl has done a great job. I have even seen them change color completely when a client changed her mind mid way thru the color processing!!! Go see that stylist again & BE HONEST! Let her know how you feel! They are one of the best Los Angeles Hair Salons for Hair Color I've ever been too. This is one of Santa Clarita's best kept secrets when it comes to Hair Salons! |

| Worst Hair Dye Experience of My lIfe |

| the bad: | The girl dyed my hair orange instead of blonde and then charged me $100.00 |
| the details: | I've never in my life had such a bad dye job - and I've been dying my hair blonde for 10 years. The only reason I went to this salon was because I read the reviews on here and thought I might as well try it out - since the salon I normally go to is 45 minutes away. My hair looks absolutely ridiculous; everyone that has seen it has told me to go back and demand that they fix it. Honestly, I don't trust them to do one more thing to my poor head - I'm out $100 and I have to get someone to correct what they did - I cried the whole way home!!! |

| the details: | Great salons, fun atmosphere, professional hair stylists, Best Hair Color. Not only have I been getting my hair done at Pacific Hair Design for years a large majority of their clients are from referrals & word of mouth.. most of which have also been loyal clients for years as well. They get very busy but book their appointments so that they can create a relaxed atmosphere.
Simply the best salon I have been to in the Los Angeles area! |

| the details: | Great product selection, professional staff. Amy did a custom color and cut on my hair that turned out fantastic. I would recommend her to all of my friends... I always look around while others are getting their hair done & it would seem like ALL of the girls their are EXTREMELY GOOD. Hair Color, Haircuts, Hair Straightening... they are just awesome! Book your appointment in advance though they get booked fast. |
