| the details: | I needed a taxi from Latham Holiday Inn Express to the Albany Airport Monday 4/28/2008.I thought the front desk at the hotel put in my time call for 4:30 AM;I went down at 4:30 and my cab wasnt there,turned out front desk clerk never put in my call.I was in a panic,being a frequent traveler,I was never going to get a cab on a Monday morning.I called 518-456-8294,dispatcher was friendly and ASSURED me a cab right away.Within 5 minutes,my cab arrived,extremely friendly driver,though I dont normally approve of long hairs,loaded all my bags,great conversation the whole ride,had me to the airport by 4:45 A.M.Best 20 dollar tip Ive ever given away!Thankyou Capitaland! |
