| the details: | Locked myself out of my benz, which they asked what kind of car I had.
Got quoted $49 to come out and $20-$40 to unlock door becuase mercedes where harder to get into.
Well, it took the guy six minutes to unlock my door. I expected to get charge $49 plus $20 since it took him only six minutes.
I got charged $49 PLUS $110 to unlock my door! um hello?? Where the heck did that charge come from. I have complained to the BBB. I wanted an explanation of how they decide what a $20 job is to a $40 job is. Let alone a $110 . Did my car have to unlock itself in order for me to be charged with in the range they quoted me. They never responded to The BBB. |
